STRATEGI PENERAPAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MENYUSUN ASESMEN

ABSTRACT
This research was carried out after seeing the data from the results of supervision of the assessment tools prepared and owned by classroom teachers of SD Negeri Ibu Dewi 1 Cianjur which were still at a relatively low level and as they were. Based on this condition, academic supervision treatment was developed in the form of school action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The steps taken by all teachers include activities (1) compiling question indicators, (2) developing questions according to question indicators, (3) compiling questions according to cognitive levels. (4) compiling written questions in accordance with the rules of question preparation, and (5) making scoring rubrics on description questions. The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing assessment tools from pre-cycle to cycle I by 12.99% (from the poor category to the good category) and from cycle I to cycle II by 13.51% (from the good category to the excellent category).
