PEMBINAAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK MELALUI OBSERVASI CLASS DAN INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SDN BOJONGHERANG CIANJUR

ABSTRACK : The problem of the research is that in general teachers have not paid
attention to lesson planning properly because it is considered normal. In
addition, in carrying out learning only prepare learning material books. The
purpose of the research is to improve the ability of teachers in making
administration, learning quality, sharing opinions with peers in making
learning administration, learning quality, as well as improving and
improving teacher learning performance to improve the quality of learning
through class observations and individual conferences. The subjects of the
study were the teachers of SD Negeri Bojongherang, Cianjur in 2018/2019
as many as 18 people. The research was conducted in the form of School
Action Research with descriptive methods and qualitative data analysis. The
results of the study concluded that all teachers made learning administration
which continued to increase significantly. The Learning Implementation
Plan prepared by the teacher continues to improve because it continues to
be guided, both in determining goals, methods, and media. In addition, in
teaching and learning activities, at first the teacher dominated and did not
provide opportunities for students to be active in learning. Therefore,
guidance is needed so that effective communication occurs between students
and teachers. Even after class observations were made, it was followed up
with individual talks so that there was a commitment from the teacher to
improve the implementation of learning so that the quality of learning
increased.
