MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN BERHITUNG ANGKA 1-10 MELALUI MEDIA TIKAR BILANGAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN BERPIKIR ANAK USIA DINI

ABSTRACT : This research was conducted to determine the management of numeracy
learning in schools. Management is a process consisting of a series of
planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling activities. The purpose of
this research is to get an overview of: Planning, Organizing,
Implementation, Evaluation, Constraints and Solutions in learning to count
numbers 1-10. The approach taken is a qualitative approach. The research
method is descriptive method. The research technique uses observation,
interview and documentation studies. The results of this research are:
principals and teachers work together to make numeracy learning programs
in program planning to determine the goals to be achieved, choose materials,
methods and media as outlined in the RPPH, organizing continues from
planning, the implementation of learning has been going well even though
the results not optimal due to various things and obstacles, learning
evaluation is carried out to determine the extent to which children
understand numeracy learning, teachers have carried out
evaluations/assessments, in the form of daily assessments, weekly
assessments, monthly assessments, semester assessments. The assessment
made by the teacher is in the form of observations, recording anecdotes, work,
portfolios, performance, the obstacles are active children tend to often
interfere with other children, children lack understanding in learning
activities, learning media are less supportive, learning methods do not vary, resources people who lack quality, the number of teachers and students is
not balanced, principals and teachers have carried out various solutions to
overcome obstacles by way of children who are active and do not understand
the lessons in arithmetic always near the teacher, alternate learning media,
supervision of learning by the principal, implementing comparative studies
to other schools, conducting training, workshops on learning to increase
knowledge, recruiting companion teachers to help make learning in the
classroom more conducive, collaborating with children's parents.
